Howard M. Hickman (July 6, 1951 - February 10, 2018) was born and raised in Hannibal, MO, graduated from the University of Missouri with both his undergraduate degree and the School of Law with his Juris Doctorate degree and has practiced in Kirksville, Missouri ever since. Howard is married with two sons.
John C. Slavin was raised in Scotland County, Missouri attending the Scotland County R-1 Schools. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Missouri's College of Agriculture as well as Mizzou's School of Law. He has practiced in Kirksville since 1985. John has three adult daughters and two grandsons.
